When you supply any personal information to Snowstar Consulting we have legal obligations towards you in the way we use this data. We must collect the information fairly, that is, we must explain how we will use it and tell you if we want to pass the information on to anyone else.
In general, any information you provide to Snowstar Consulting will only be used within Snowstar Consulting. Your information will only be disclosed where we are obliged or permitted by law.
We work both as a B2B business and we also deal with individuals directly who engage our consultancy services. We hold the right to retain the personal name, email, telephone, and postal address of any such clients for the purposes of operating our business effectively and any such personal data will be held by Snowstar Consulting securely as long as that individual remains a client. Any data held on ex-clients will be held on file for up to 5 years unless otherwise instructed by the individual or client.
